Using Gua Sha can be beneficial in reducing inflammation and puffiness and can help with the microcirculation of lymphatic drainage in the face. This is especially true for the under-eye area in the morning.

HOW TO USE: Holding the tool at a 30-to-45-degree angle, very gently glide the tool across your skin. As a rule, all movements should be upwards following lymphatic flow. Repeat each movement three to five times before moving onto the next area of your skin.
